Masala soya chap is a rich and creamy Soya dish filled with layers of flavor. Here’s is the tricks that will you in knowing to make it at home and taste will match with restaurant:

Vegetables Required for cutting and grinding

Soya Chap250 gram
Onion1-2 medium size
Tomato2-3 Medium size
Capsicum2-3 medium size
Green Chilli4-5 green
Garlic10-12 pcs
Ginger1″ slice

Spices Required for Marinading

Kashmiri red chili powder1/2 teaspoon
turmeric powder1/2 teaspoon
garam masala1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder1/2 teaspoon
Mustered oil1/2 teaspoon
Tandoori masala1/2 teaspoon
black salt1/2 teaspoon
Carom Seeds (Ajwain)1/2 teaspoon
Roasted Gram Floor1 table spoon
White Saltto taste

Ingredients required for cooking

Sahazwan sauce1-2 tea Spoon or As per taste
butter1” slice
Fresh cream2-3 Teaspoon
Roasted Gram Floor1 table spoon

Instructions:

Step-1 : Preparation of Vegetables

  • First of all take boiling water and add Soya chap into the pan for 5 minuts.
  • Cut the Onion, Tomatoes, capsicum in in cubes 1 inch size aprox.
  • Take mixture jar and start adding the ginger, garlic, green chilli and 1 teaspoon oil into it and now mix all with the help of mixture grinder.

Step-2 : Marinading of Soya Chap

  • Take this paste into a big bowl and now start adding the all vegetables into the bowl.
  • Add the Spices listed above like: Red chili powder, Turmeric powder, Garam masala, Cumin powder, Oil, Tandoori masala, Black salt, chat masala, Carom Seeds (Ajwain), Rosted Gram Floor
  • White Salt to taste all the masala listed above into the bowl
  • Start marinading the vegetables, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Step -3 Cooking of Marinaded Soya Chap

  • Take a non-stick pan and put it on high flame.
  • Add the marinated soya chaap to the pan and start frying for 5 minutes.
  • Please take care that it does not stick to the pan. So keep stirring.
  • Now add some fresh cream and roasted gram flour, butter and Schezwan sauce as per the table given above.
  • Continue frying it till the oil separates in the recipe.
  • Now the masala soya chaap is ready to serve.

Now you can garnish it as per your convenance and serve with some green sauce.
